Coffee travels: Brighton

How far is too far to go for breakfast? Definitely not the distance from London to Brighton when you have a motorbike and an unexplainable love for the sea, especially on a sunny (if very cold) Sunday morning! Cafe Coho (@cafecoho) was on my Brighton list of coffee places to visit for a while but it was even more appealing after the 55 mile ride in the winter chill. It sure made up for the shivers with a perfect Union Hand Roasted (@Unionroasted) flat white and a huge portion of scrambled eggs and salmon (which, as you might have figured out by now, is my breakfast favourite!).

Nice and cosy, the place was packed full with mixed groups of people of various ages: parents and their grown up children meeting for a Sunday breakfast, friends catching up over coffee and young families tucking into the delicious looking cakes.

I'm impressed with Brighton yet again, who knows what other coffee gems it's hiding? (If you have some suggestions, tweet me @My_Daily_Grind)
