...Guatemalan Finca San Antonio blend from Pact (@pactcoffee), which is as fresh as they come: roasted on the 4th Nov, packed on the 6th Nov and ground every morning just before serving. 

I don't feel like committing exclusively to one roaster just yet but if you do, Pact has a solution: tell them how you make your coffee, whether or not you grind the beans yourself and how often you want them and a packet of freshly roasted coffee will be delivered to your door!
