This week's post is brought to you, yet again, by Flemming Cafe in Gdansk (I'm getting through my supply steadily). The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe has so many sweet notes that it tastes almost like a dessert and, as my favourite postcard slogan points out, "desserts" is "stressed" spelled backwards. It sure seems to have that stress reversing effect on me.
