Debate: do we care about fair trade coffee?

I've been thinking a lot about fair trade recently and the fact that a lot of coffee shops have a strong connection with the farms which supply their beans. My question today is: how important is fair trade to you? Do you check the origins of your cup of coffee before you buy/serve it?  (I won't judge you, I promise!)
